JOAN ANTHONY

June 16, 1932 - October 21, 2018

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Joan Anthony.

 

Joan will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Anne Marie of North Sydney, Nova Scotia; son David of Winnipeg as well as a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

 

Joan was known for being the life of the party and having an excellent sense of humour. Originally from North Sydney, she arrived in Winnipeg in 1957.

 

The family wishes to extend their utmost appreciation to the wonderful staff of the Convalescent Home of Winnipeg for the exceptional care and kindness extended to Joan during her time there.

 

Cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be held at a later date.
