It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Greg as he lost his battle with addiction.

 

Greg had a passion for basketball, whether it be playing at the YMCA or joining in on a pickup game. For a number of years Greg coached the young kids at the Y.  If there were not enough players, Greg would join in and play.  He would on occasion come and watch his nieces play at their high school games.

 

Greg had a love for reading biographies especially biographies on basketball players. Greg also loved biking.  With his love for biking, Greg could be seen riding all over town.

 

Greg leaves behind his mother Ann, sister Jennifer (Louis) Kolly, brother Graham (Darlene), nieces Carli-Anne (Bob) Pascal and Amy Kolly. Great uncle to Brooklyn and Levi. Predeceased by his dad Jack.

 

Rest in peace Greg. We will not forget you. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Addictions Foundation of Manitoba. A Celebration of Life for Greg will be held at a later date.
