Elsie was born on Jan. 27th, 1924 in Havelock, N.B. She died at the Convalescent Home of Winnipeg on Sept. 20th, 2022. She lived 40 plus years in Toronto, working as a Social Worker for the city of Toronto. She spent the last 8 years of her life in Winnipeg to be close to her 2 sons. She was a lover of beauty in all forms - in nature, literature, the arts and fashion....
