It is with heavy hearts that we share the sad news of the passing of our very proud and loving Dad and Papa, George McFall Sweeney, on January 18, 2021, after the most courageous battle with AML (Cancer).
Dad is remembered for his independence and his fierce strength and determination. Having arrived in Canada from Scotland in 1968 as a very young man, Dad set out to make a life with his then wife (Sandra) and infant daughter (Lynne).
