Joel is survived by his mother Bev; father Garry; brother Jay (Janet); nephew Emmett; niece Julia; as well as cousin and lifelong friend Matthew Laberge. He was predeceased by his Aunt and uncle Shirley and Ken and cousins Kathy, Crystal and Trevor....
