Klára was born in Csúrog, Vojvodina, in present-day Serbia. She grew up on a farm and enjoyed many adventures, especially when she would visit her cousins, Mancika and Boriska, in Tiszakálmánfalva. Klára was involved in the Hungarian community and participated in various activities, including playing handball and water polo, folk dancing and she was a scout with the Külföldi Magyar Cserkészszövetség (Hungarian Scouts)....
