Mary Joan Hamilton Obituary
Mary Joan Hamilton passed away on April 21, 2021 in Winnipeg, Manitoba after a long battle with dementia.
Mary was born on April 6, 1935 to Daisy and Gersham Hamilton in Highgate, in the Parish of Saint Mary, Jamaica. She left Jamaica in 1972 and moved to Canada in search of a better life for her and her children. Through her perseverance and determination she was able to accomplish her dream. Mary worked at Vancouver General Hospital as a unit clerk until she retired.
