LEIGH ANN SLAWSON PATRICK

June 3, 1966 - June 14, 2021

It is with deep and profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Leigh-Ann Slawson-Patrick on June 14, 2021.

She leaves to mourn her mother Geraldine; brother Jeff; as well as many cousins and close friends, too numerous to mention. She was predeceased by her father Alden Irving Slawson.

Leigh-Ann graduated from Fort Richmond Collegiate in 1984. Following graduation, she pursued a variety of interests. She loved to travel to exotic places, including Australia and Thailand. She became a professional hair stylist and a professional medical secretary. Her real love was fashion, and she was able to spend the remainder of her life in a career she loved, in the fashion industry at Lorenza.

Leigh-Ann had a unique and quirky sense of humour; she was a kind and compassionate person; she loved animals and was especially fond of her beloved cat Maroon.  

A memorial service for Leigh-Ann will be held on Sunday, 1:30 p.m. at Kings Park. Parking is available in the second parking lot on the left side of the road in the park. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, capacity is limited to 25 people. Leigh-Ann’s family kindly requests that all of her friends and relatives take a few minutes to honour her memory by watching the photo-biography above.
