Dr. Robert Webb Milner passed away peacefully on May 19, 2022 at the age of 96.  Robert was born in Kingston, Jamaica.  He immigrated to Winnipeg and worked at the St. Boniface and Victoria Hospital for all of his professional life.  He leaves behind a large extended family. He will be fondly remembered by family, friends and colleagues. There will not be formal ceremony.
