WILLIAM ALLEN

August 11, 1947 - February 6, 2023

With heavy hearts, we announce that Bill passed away on February 6, with his family by his side at the age of 75 years.

Bill is survived his children Cristie (George), Bill, Tim (Coulette), grandchildren Blake, Juliana, Brooke, Hailey, Jerica, and Timothy. Siblings; Jim (Sharon), Sharon (Doug), Sandra and Steve, many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Bill was predeceased by his parents Harry and Mildred Allen and his sister Gail.

Bill was born August 11, 1947, in Winnipeg Manitoba, where he spent his life. He was married and divorced, but in his heart Carol remained his soulmate.

Bill had 3 children and 6 grandchildren whom he loved and adored. Bill spent his career with one employer Codville.

Dad in his younger years was very mischievous, and quite the lady’s man, he loved camping, bowling, watching wrestling and his beloved Chicago cubs, he loved riding his motorcycle and eventually his red scooter!!

Dad was at his happiest at many family barbecues, playing cards and having drinks. Dad was quite the handy man and loved building things, he built our family rec room on butler bay, and hand made all the wooden furniture, he was also quite the chef, Chinese being his specialty. Dads’ life and many others were changed due to an unfortunate accident, with that came a bond between a dad and daughter that was unbreakable to his last breath.

Pops you are loved so much, I will keep all my promises, I will always look for bargains, I will think of you with every McDonald’s coffee, I will keep you in my heart forever.

I would like to thank St Josephs nursing home, specifically the second-floor staff for their care over the years.

In accordance with Bills wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be held.
