Such sad news, we have so many fond memories of good times with Lorraine, Friday nights after work at the Legion, so many evenings at our house. a truly beautiful lady inside and out, we feel honoured to count her as a friend. Her caring kind heart for everyone was truly epic. She will never be forgotten.

Lorraine was part of the work force at Co-op Insurance a few moons ago  that I was fortunate to be apart of. Luckily we worked across the street from the new, then Viscount Gort Hotel. We made sure they stayed in business ! Our mutual friend Sylvia Maloney always joined in ! Rest In Peace Lorraine and thank you for great memories ..Iris Wood

I worked many, many years ago with Lorraine (Hogue) at Salisbury House on Ellice Avenue as a carhop when we were about 16 yrs old.  Lorraine was a pleasure to work with as she was was always smiling, very sweet and kind. We always had a good time working together in all kinds of weather.  I remember management "looking after us" as we were only allowed to work until 7 pm at which time the "married ladies" took over for the evening.  My condolences to family and friends.

Whenever I think of Lorraine, I see a smile and hear a laugh. Lorraine always greeted me as her favorite cousin. Although I suspect it was not an exclusive greeting, I loved her for it. My sincere condolences to Al, Bob and family.

Lorraine was my cousin.  The last time I saw her was at her mothers funeral.  Years ago Bob & Lorraine stayed at my parents place, Denis & Leonie Lamoureux, during the flood of 1950.  I have memories visiting them in St.Boniface when young and at the get together at Craig Siding at Grandpa & Grand ma Hogue. I am sorry to hear that she passed away.❤❤❤

I met Lorraine through her brother Bob who dated and then married my best friend Beverley Thornton.  We loved hanging out at her house.  Her parents were so welcoming and kind. We shared Christmas Eve's with them and the most delicious food. Lorraine and I were bridesmaid's at Bev and Bob's wedding and saw each other often at Bev and Bob's first apt.  those were fun times. Our lives took different paths but I always asked about her.  She was sweet, gentle and kind and she will be missed. My condolences to Al, Bob and the family.
