ALLAN BIRCHAM

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Allan William John Bircham, on July 5, 2023, at 66 years of age with his wife by his side.

He was predeceased by parents Allan and Shirley Bircham, also brothers Gary and Dean.

He leaves to mourn his loving wife of 46 years Debra, and daughters Lora (friend Chris), Shannon, and Jennifer (friend Vincent). Grandchildren Broadrick, Bailey, Breanna, Brennan, Jayden, and Mackenzie. Great-grandchildren Quinn, Morrigan, Hazel, and Liliana. Loving dogs Tessa and Gizmo.

Also remembering him is sister Sharon and family.

Al was Operations Manager at Bresara Window Cleaning for many years and was well respected with all his clientele. He loved his work and gave it his all.

He and wife Debra loved going to Mexico yearly, and spending summers at their home away from home at Blue Water RV Park. He had many friends at both places who will dearly miss him.

The family would like to thank the staff at Riverview Health Centre for their kindness and compassion in Al's last days. In respecting his wishes, there will be no service.

Dear Deb and Family, Just spoke with Hardy this morning and was shocked to hear of Al's passing. I only knew Al through Bresara, but we had dealt with each other for well over 10 years.  He was a great person and a perfect gentlemen in every sense of the word.  May God put his healing hand on your heart to ease the suffering you are going through.  He will be missed as we were good friends through work. Blessings to you and all the family.  My sincerest condolences. Tearfully, Wally Ruban

The world is a lesser place without Al here with us. He was a man who was serious about his work and didn't take it lightly. And yet in a flash he would smile or make a face, crack a dirty joke, and make everyone laugh and shake their heads. Every life has its ups and downs but Al did all he could to make those he cared about happy. He loved his wife, his daughters, grandchildren, and his dogs. He was a strong man who held on to the very end, stubborn as steel, and there will forever be a void in our lives with him gone. The pain will always be there, but as time goes on, his memory will enrich our own lives and help us find our way.  It was an honour to know him.

Deb, our heartfelt condolences go out to you and your family from all of us at Bresara. As much as Al loved the business, he was always first and foremost a family man  and you were his rock.  Al's passing has left a large void in not only our company but the window cleaning industry in general. He was well liked and respected by not only our clients and suppliers but by our competitors as well. On a personal note, I have had the honor and privilege of calling Al my friend and work colleague for almost 30 years and will always remember that time. Al, you never lost hope, right up until the end, and that speaks for how you lived your life. Rest in peace 'Sir', enjoy your time at the beach. Your friend Hardy❤

Dear Deb and family. We are so sorry for your loss of Al. He was such a kind and giving man with quite a sense of humour. We had many laughs at Bluewater; happy hours, fires, dinner parties with Al providing the crab. We had many jokes about the two of us completing a race around the loop. Al claimed he could beat me running backwards with his eyes closed!!! The challenge was on!!! Every morning as we have our coffee looking out the windows he gave us for the gazebo, we will think of him. There are so many memories of the two of you. We love you both. Debra and Bryan. ❤

My heart is heavy for my Sister Debbie and her daughters, grandkids and great grandkids.  We as a family have known the Bircham from our neighborhood  Al and Debbie hung out in high school, who would have thought that they would get married and spend 46 years  together .  Al was the staple for his family!   Rest in Peace Al . 🙏💙
