ALLAN NEIL BOWMAN

Allan Bowman went to be home with the Lord on Thursday May 30, 2024 in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 62 years.

He was born on April 30, 1962 in Red Lake, Ontario. That same year his parents and rest of the family relocated to Winnipeg where he spent his entire life. In 1984 he met the love of his life Donna Schindel and they remained together for forty years until his passing.

Allan's hobbies included going for bike rides with his son Nathen, going for walks, and obtaining a wide variety of collectibles with miniature cars topping the list.

He was predeceased by his father Barry Bowman; and sister Brenda Turenne.

He was survived by his mother June Bowman; Donna Schindel (partner); and their three children, Amanda Schindel (Joshua Wright), Keira Schindel (friend Bruce) and son Nathen Bowman; sisters, Cheryl Boychek and Tannis Boily; grandchildren, Devon Schindel and Christopher Smith. He was also survived by four other grandchildren and numerous relatives.

Allan knew his time was short in this world due to his declining health this past year. His faith in Jesus gave him comfort knowing he was going to heaven. He would talk to others of the goodness of his heavenly Father.

A close, family visitation will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, July 4, 2024 at 603 Wellington Crescent (First Unitarian Universalist Church).

For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand,
