ROBERT JOSEPH BRADY

It is with deep love and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Robert Joseph Brady on July 3, 2026, at the age of 63. Robert passed away peacefully at the St. Boniface hospital with his loving partner, Joanne, by his side.

Robert lived a life dedicated to hard work and his family. He began his career at the young age of 18 with Vale (formerly Inco), working for decades as a dedicated miner until his well-deserved retirement.

Outside of work, Robert was a man of many passions. He had a deep love for classic cars, enjoyed travelling to new places, and never missed watching a Blue Jays game on the tv. Above all else, Robert’s greatest joy was spending time with Joanne and the moments of pure happiness when his grandkids came to visit. He will be remembered for his dedication, his quiet strength, and his love for his family.

Robert leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving partner, Joanne; his son, Matthew (Olivia); and his parents, Frances and Murielle. He is also lovingly remembered by his step-daughters, Jessica (Adam), Stephanie (Corey), and Alana (Jeff); his sister, Linda (Bink) his brother, Mike (Sonya); and his mother-in-law, Lynda.

Robert's legacy lives on through his cherished grandchildren: Sloane, Drayden, Cali, Olivia, and Maddox. He will also be missed by many extended family members, former colleagues, and friends.

He was predeceased by his sister Joan and brother Darcy; as well as his grandparents.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation will take place and Rob will return home. No service will take place at this time.
