September 18, 1960 – August 17, 2026
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Arthur William Cabral, who passed away peacefully on August 17, 2026, at the age of 65.
Arthur will be deeply missed by his family and all those whose lives he touched.
He is predeceased by his father, Arthur Sr., his mother Margarida, his brother Johnny, and brother-in-law Davide.
Arthur leaves behind to cherish his memory his two sons, Shaun and Chrisopher; his sisters, Filomena (Alberto), Clara; and his brothers, Joseph (Nellie) and James (Janet); along with numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
Though he is no longer with us, Arthur's memory will live on through the love he shared and the lives he touched.
As per Arthur’s wishes private service to immediate family only.
Rest peacefully, Arthur.
You will be deeply missed

Art was a great person. He added so much value to the world, seeing this news was heart breaking. He was a valued builder for decades in the city of Winnipeg and surrounding areas. As a long time member of the carpenters local 343 he built with passion and helped train so many younger carpenters. PCL construction was lucky to have Art on so many projects. I would constantly seek out Art and his talents on every project and we would deliver them together. From in the city of Winnipeg to all over rural Manitoba. Art left he mark all over this province on many major projects. His talents along with his warm presences will be missed by so many coworkers, and friends. Rest in peace Art, I will miss your contagious laughter and positive energy. Your friend. Kristof.

Will always remember Arts kindness.When you needed help he was there.when you needed help building a house.There was Art with his tool belt. We had many laughs over the years.Phil will miss his golfing buddy. Will always be in our hearts and sadly missed.
