BLAINE JEFFREY DOAK

Blaine passed at the age of 43. 

He grew up in St. James attending Assiniboine School and Golden Gate. Later moving to Transcona as a teenager there attending John Gunn High School and briefly TCI. 

He is survived by his mother, father, step mother, step brother, step sister, two younger brothers, as well two younger sisters in Ottawa. 

Cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. He will be interred beside his Grandparents at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
