Donna Marie Fuller

DONNA MARIE ELAINE FULLER
(Née McGorman)
March 1, 1948 – March 29, 2026
Loved deeply and remembered always, Donna Marie Elaine Fuller (McGorman) passed away peacefully, with family by her side in Winnipeg on March 29, 2026, at the age of 78.
She lives on in the hearts of her children, Tracey (Rob) and Sean (Paula), along with her grandchildren Trevor (Melissa) and Kyra Allerton (Dawson), who were the light of her life. She took immense joy in watching them grow, celebrating each milestone with pride and love as they stepped into adulthood with strength and confidence.
Our Mom was always there for us, offering love, encouragement, comfort, and strength, and celebrating all our accomplishments. She taught us the value of hard work, the importance of resilience, and the beauty of family. Her support gave us the courage to become who we are today.
Her love lived in the everyday moments—phone calls just to check in, shared laughter over coffee, and the quiet comfort of knowing she was always there. Even in difficult times, her gentle humor and steady presence brought warmth, reassurance, and a sense of home to those who loved her.
She held a deep love and pride for her siblings—Bunnie Dupras, Pat McGorman (Ken), and Tim McGorman (Darlene). Their bond was one of laughter and shared memories. Whether traveling together, gathering for holidays, or catching up over coffee or wine, their connection was treasured throughout her life.
Born in Toronto on March 1, 1948, Donna was the first child of Lorne and Audrey McGorman and grew up in Winnipeg. Throughout her life, she embraced learning, whether mastering the intricacies of the Canadian Securities Course or exploring the mysteries of tarot. Her career as an Executive Assistant was marked by dedication and professionalism, a true reflection of her unwavering work ethic.
Donna was a dear and supportive friend who enjoyed coffee times, evenings at the theatre, and dinners with her cherished circle of friends. Her love of travel, especially with her sister Bunnie by her side, took her to places that created lasting memories to share. Her happiest moments were spent at family gatherings surrounded by laughter, love, and the friendly rivalry of a good card game.
She was a warrior in every sense of the word. Mom lived with rheumatoid arthritis for most of her life, facing each day with courage, grace, and quiet strength. In her final chapter, she battled cancer with the same resilience and dignity that defined her spirit. Her strength inspired all who knew her.
She was predeceased by her parents, brother in law Denis Dupras, and niece Jaclyn McGorman.
Our deepest appreciation for the care provided to Mom by the Riverview Health Centre.
Donations in her memory may be made to any cat animal rescue shelter.
Love you forever - every memory—from the smallest moments of care to life’s most meaningful days—reminds us how blessed we were and how deeply you are missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27, 2026, at Royal Canadian Legion East St. Paul Branch (215 Maxwell Drive).
