NORMAND PIERRE GUAY

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Normand (Norm) Guay, who passed away peacefully on January 22, 2026 at East Gate Lodge in Beausejour, MB, after courageous journey with Parkinson’s disease. He was 76 years old.

Norm was devoted to his family and will be lovingly remembered by his wife Debbi of 54 years, his son Jeff (Nicole) and daughter Melissa (Dean), along with his grandchildren, Kaylen and Logan. Norm will also be deeply missed by his siblings Jackie (Gordon), Annette, Gisele (Richard), Maurice (Connie), Diane (Dave), Monique (Blair), Gerry (Bev), Brigitte (Gary) as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Norm loved the outdoors. He spent his time prospecting, fishing, snow snowmobiling, skiing, golfing, gardening, and exploring on his many road trips. Norm will be remembered for his kindness, quiet strength and steady presence. A man of deep faith, he found strength and comfort in his beliefs, which guided him throughout his life.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the caregivers and medical staff at East Gate Lodge who provided support, dignity and compassion while caring for him during his illness over the last five years.

In keeping with Norm's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. A private Celebration of Life will be held on a future date. In lieu of flowers, those who wish to honor Norm’s memory are invited to make a charitable donation to East Gate Lodge Recreation or an organization of their choice.

Norm will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
