I will never forget the times I was always there for you during your struggles. I was like a nurse by your side looking after you. Giving you ,your insulin, cleaning your ulcers on your feet. And then putting Band-Aids on your feet to protect your ulcers from getting infected. Just like a sister should. Then when you lost your eyesight, I was like took you by the arm, and I Guided you everywhere you needed to go till you got your eyesight back.. I could now but being there for you, Joey . Love ❤️ and miss you,😢 your sister Josie.🙏❤️🤗 rest in ❤️ peace, Joey.❤️🤗😘🙏

Some of my favorite memories of SRSS include this shy, strong, funny friend. While we may have lost track over the years I have (and will) always remember him the way he was back then - and how we laughed until our sides hurt. Joey was one of those rare people that left a mark on everyone who knew him, and his loss makes this world a little worse than it was before. I can't adequately express how profoundly sad getting this news makes me, nor how sorry I am to his family and his friends for the loss.

Joey was definitely a good man. Definitely so many good memories. Definitely gone too soon. Always encouraging and usually very happy. Definitely will miss him. I know even when things were hard for him I felt encouraged by his words.never forgotten and never gone, see you later buddy. Enjoy heaven❤

Joey was an amazing guy. We attended junior high in Whitemouth and high school at SRSS together. He had that way of tilting his head and smiling coyly that I will never forget. So shy but super friendly once you got to know him. Hope you are smiling from heaven.
