CHARLES LEASK HALPIN

October 20, 1954 – May 30, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Charles Leask Halpin on May 30, 2025, in Winnipeg, MB. at the age of 70. 


Charlie grew up in St. Boniface and was predeceased by his parents, John & Iva; brother Bob; and long-time girlfriend Jay. 


Charlie will be remembered by sisters, Flora and Marie; brother Bill; and his nieces and nephews. 


Charlie was very good-natured and enjoyed the company of friends and family. The family would like to thank Sylvia Allard for her help and assistance. 


Cremation has taken place. Please join us for a small remembrance at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 27th, at the Rockwood ANAVETS, of which Charlie was a member, located at 341 Wilton St. in Winnipeg, MB. 


Charlie's family kindly requests that all of his friends and relatives take a few minutes to honour his memory by sharing photos, memories, and stories, using the comment section on this page.

Condolences to Charlie's family. He was usually at meat draw on Saturdays at the Club. We would always try to be the last two people to go get our tickets. Charlie will be missed by his friends at the Club. Rest in peace Charlie.
