To my brother, my best childhood friend, many adventures and life lessons were learned growing up on our farm. Later we were physically separated by distance but never in spirit or caring. We both found comfort in knowing we had found our life long partners (I like to think I had a small part in them meeting).  I will miss his intellect as he always had an answer or explanation for my many queries. He was happiest being loved by Linda, all his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Peace, my brother ❤ Rhoda and John

I am glad Bob was part of my life  and meeting Linda thanks to Lorne. Laughter, good chili parties, Xmas get togethers were excellent with the “gang”, you know who you are.  Bob you are loved and will be remembered.

Bob, you came into my life too late and left too soon.  Despite the short time that we had to get to know each other we had a connection.  There were so many things about you that were familiar and mutually enjoyed, reading, crosswords, cheering on our favourite teams and enjoying favourite sweets.  You are the little brother I never knew I had but am so happy that I found...you actually found me but the end result was equally wonderful.  You and Linda making that long drive from Winnipeg to Hamilton and staying to get to know us was the culmination of finding our connection and feeling that part of your life was finally open and hopefully it satisfied your curiosity and uncertainty.   Rest in Peace Bob.  Lorraine

Where to begin!! Bob's spectacular homemade baked beans were the absolute best! He was such a gentle soul and we loved all the parties he and Linda hosted with the old gang from CT!  Always had the best music going and we danced all night! He and Jerry loved their rum and cokes and had great chats about all things John Deere & farming out on the deck! We will miss you Bob! Rest easy!!   Laurie & Jerry Toffan
