It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing our sister on December 7, 2024. Janice was born May 30, 1963.

She was predeceased by her mother Irene; father Joseph; and nephew Matthew.

Janice leaves to mourn her two daughters, Amber and Amanda; sisters, Beverly (Ron), Josie, Bonny, Barb (Denis); brother Joe (Rachael); as well as many nieces and nephews.

Janice was very proud of her daughters. Amber graduated nursing and Amanda high school.

Janice worked for several government departments – Canada Revenue Agency, Firearms & RCMP. She retired in 2022.

Janice loved to bake & cook, always pitching in on any function. Janice enjoyed her time at Chesil Beach with her daughters & friends.

Janice could always be seen feeding the rabbits & squirrels.

It was hard to say goodbye.

Rest in Peace, Janice.

No more pain and suffering.

Until we meet again!

Love, your family.

I am so saddened to hear of Janice's passing. Janice was my older, but 'closest in age' female cousin, and I have many happy childhood memories of her that I will treasure for the rest of

my days. We had many fun times together, like when Janice taught me how to play rummy. We both attended Monroe Junior High, and she would come over to my place at lunch time to play rummy until it was time to go back to school. Many times we were late as we would be so into our game that we would forget the time.

Rest peacefully Janice.

My deepest condolences to Amber, Amanda, and to Janice's siblings - Bev, Josie, Bonny, Barb, and Joe, and their Families.

I used to live just across the street from Janice when I was a little girl and play with her daughter Amanda. Her presence was always so bright and she never failed to acknowledge those around her. She treated me like I was her own and contributed her love and light to those close. Janice , I'm so sad to hear of this news but you aren't suffering anymore. May you rest in eternal peace.

I'm in shock to hear of your passing my dear friend Janice.

We met when our Daughter's Amanda & Faith went to school together first Amanda was in Kindergarten and Faith was grade 2. The girls took turns sleeping at your place one night then our place the next day. You were always outside Sun tanning on the front steps at your place and then come over for a drink in our backyard and BBQs. And we always bought the kids Christmas present to give to each other every year. And we always tried to out bake each other for Christmas too. We had great times going to Socials with the girls.

RIP my dear friend. Until we meet again. Always in my heart, and never forgotten.

Love Joanne and Richard & Family.

My Condolences to Amanda & Amber and all of Janice's Sisters and Family.🙏🙏😇.

Janice was my best friend growing up.. So many fun times together working midnight shifts at my Dad's restaurant in Lockport, Skinners, roller skating at the Wpg Roller Rink, sneaking into bars underage. Then getting older and having our own families, we would always stay in touch - over 50 years. I really miss Janice, she was a loving, caring and kind person. She was always there for me no matter what. I know she's in a better place now and we'll see each other again some day. Rest in Peace.

Quite shocked to hear of your passing. Was glad we talked fairly recently and caught up with each others lives. Will always make my lasagna with pepperoni, salami and bacon which I learned from you. It's time for you to rest.
