Never the cozy or soft grandma, she was sometimes grumpy and always a little too blunt, don't you dare interrupt her football. But she was uniquely funny - trust in that she would flip you off with one hand while sneaking ouzo into your orange juice with the other. She will forever be our crafty, nose in a book, apple juice making, mushroom hunting, lady-slipper seeking, getting lost in the woods little farm lady, she loved us quietly, without words but in her actions and the world doesn't feel the same without her in it

My condolences to Agnes' family. Agnes and I went to the same country school (Cavendish School). One of my uncles had purchased the farm from Agnes and Emily's parents a very long time ago. In later years we did keep in contact even it was only once a year. Fond memories of the numerous things that Agnes and I had from our elementary school days.

Peace be with you.

I worked with Agnes for years at CWB. She was always so nice and supportive. I'm glad to see that she lived a long and happy life. Condolences to her family.
