ELISABETH KATERINA LEHMANN

At the age of 83, we lost our beloved mother, sister, aunty and good friend Elisabeth Katerina (née Bisiak) Lehmann on Thursday, October 31, 2024.

On June 8th, 1957; Elisabeth and her father Herr Franz, mother Valerija and siblings, Maria, Helmut, Franz, Alois and baby sister Rosalia moved to Canada. Her oldest sister remained in Germany and married.

Elisabeth met her beloved husband Karl Heinz Lehmann, and they shared their vows to each other on June 18, 1960. Eight years later, they had their first son Andre and eight years after that, they had their son Tony.

Elisabeth enjoyed having conversations about her adventures travelling, she also enjoyed listening to music and spending time with the people she loved.

Elisabeth was a proud grandmother to 5 children named Frankie, Kyla, Jenna, Chloe and Jaxon. She was also very fond of a little girl that she treated like her grandchild named Allison.

On her last days she remained with us, her last living brother Alois Bisiak, her son’s Andre (Tammy), Tony (Tannis), her sister-in-law Christine (Garry) Kalawarny, her brother-in-law Hans Lehmann, her nephew and nieces, Johnny (Lisa) Colburn, Cathy Bisiak-Danylchuk, Barbara, Cara and Dausha Bisiak stayed by her side until her last breath.
