Chris was a compassionate, thoughtful, helpful, and caring person who will be missed by his many friends and relatives.

When Chris was growing up, he enjoyed participating in Beavers, Cubs and Scouts with 173rd Archwood Troop. He played soccer, football and street hockey. Chris loved sports. He was a season ticket holder for the Winnipeg Jets and is a big fan of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He was a devoted follower of the Star Trek series and was an active collector of Star Trek memorabilia. Chris also enjoyed playing many video games.
Chris graduated from Windsor Park Collegiate. He attended the University of Manitoba where he graduated with a Master in Business Administration degree (MBA). Later, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He started his career at KPMG, then worked for 19 years as Director of Finance at Marymound Inc., a Youth Social Services Organization in Winnipeg until he took Disability Pension this year.
