MEGHANN MARIE MCLACHLAN

It’s with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of Meghann McLachlan, who left us November 1st, 2025 in her home at the age of 46. She was a caring, loving, and selfless person whose strength touched everyone she met.

Meghann was unapologetically herself; headstrong, smart, brave, and always standing up for what she believed in. She encouraged everyone to be the best versions of themselves and was always there to lend a helping hand. Her love and guidance will forever live on in the hearts of her Daughter Desirae McLachlan, Son Shayden Westbrook, Mother Cathy McLachlan, Brother Matt McLachlan, her granddaughters Aria and Arwen, and all who were lucky enough to know her.

While our hearts ache, we find peace knowing she’s reunited with her Dad; the man she missed every single day since his passing. We know they’re together again, watching over us as our forever angels.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out to the family during this time. It brings them so much comfort to see how deeply she touched the lives of so many.

A Celebration of Life was held on Sunday, November 16th, at The Silver Spike Saloon from 1-4 PM. Thank you to all those who came to share stories, memories, and say your goodbyes.
