Doreen was extremely talented and had her hand in a multitude of areas from architectural drafting to dispatch/driving school bus. The saying there is nothing you can't do if you put your mind to it was Doreen in a nutshell. One of her greatest passions was genealogy. Tracking back through the past and linking the family tree together showing us all where we came from. She was also an extremely talented artist with an eye for detail and beauty.

Cremation has already taken place. Doreen will be laid to rest by her family at the Brookside Cemetery 3001 Notre Dame Ave, Winnipeg MB at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Winnipeg Humane Society as Doreen loved all animals and always had a dog or cat whom she cared for with the uttermost love.
