I first met Janette and Cory at Robins Donut where I used to worked. In my mind she was very nice person and she always had her big smile. It was long time but I wouldn’t never forget those days when all of us - the gangs were always hangout at Robins for hours. It’s very sad to hear what happened. But I believe she’s in good place now with her big smile to us. I will always remember her like the first time I met her.

Heartfelt condolences to Janette’s family. I attended Ecole Centrale with Janette and Rob. We were a small and tight knit crew for many years. We reconnected recently over social media and Janette would share funny videos and pics that reminded her of my dog. She will be remembered fondly. Wishing you all comfort and peace.

To Janette's family and loved ones, please accept my deepest condolences. I went to École Centrale with Janette. We weren't close friends but she left an indelible mark in my life with her unwavering kindness.

My condolences to the family. I went to school with Janette and have memories of laughter and riding the school bus together for what seemed like hours on those bumpy rural roads. Rest In Peace. ❤️

Our condolences Irene and Cory. Janette gave our daughter Ava many gifts and joyful memories.10 little ladybugs was a book she gave to Ava who would read it daily. With little person awe and wonder. Janette made such a lasting impression in such a sort time. Often when a lady bug would land or come to Ava’s attention- she would ask about the lady who gave her the lady bug necklace. It is often said there is more happiness in giving that receiving - but in Janette’s case - her happiness was the greatest gift of all. May she rest in peace and forever remain in our hearts and minds. With love Abby, Kris and Ava Swedlo

I met Janette work wise as well.  Another one of her Panda Bear colleagues. Her dedication and love of working with children was evident. every day she worked with us.  She had such an infectious laugh and a huge spirit for life.  And so loved lady bugs.   Its been a long journey for her and Cory.  Sad to hear she is gone, but know that her spirit is in a better place free of pain and suffering from her illness over the last number of years.  She's another angel heaven has gotten way to soon!!!!   REST IN PEACE JANETTE.  You will never be forgotten.❤ My sincerest condolences to Cory, Janette's Mom, Brother and extended family. I met Janette what feels like forever ago now. I worked with her at Panda and she was my inclusion staff for one summer and we were inseparable! She was always quick witted, had a joke or sarcastic remark ready and was so much fun to be with that at the end of that summer she moved into another room but our friendship continued.  She was always willing to help me with my homework when I was starting my journey into childcare and I was very fortunate and honored to be her maid of honor at her wedding. She was a wonderful person whom I hadn't seen a lot of in recent years. We talked off and on through Facebook and she would call once in a while but we could never connect in person. I will miss her smile, laugh and her larger than life spirit. I am glad she is no longer suffering but I am so sad that she had to go to achieve that. My deepest sympathies to Cory and her family. I know she was loved by many and will be missed by those people too.  Rest easy Janette.

To the family of Janette....to her husband, Cory, and to her mother, Irene, I offer my deepest condolences.  I remember Janette from my Grade One class at Ecole Centrale.  She was delightful.  We connected again on Facebook (some how). I realized today I hadn't seen any comment from her for quite a long time. So I checked out her page.  I feel so sorry that the world has lost someone so dear and kind. ❤
