LINDA DIANE PRITCHARD

It is with great sadness we announce the unexpected passing of Linda Diane Pritchard.

Linda was predeceased by her father Mike, mother Edith, father-in-law Dooley, mother-in-law Mary, brother-in-law Rance, sister-in-law Sue, and her husband Vernon, as well as numerous additional family members.

Linda is survived by daughter Christy (Chris); grandsons Jordan and Nathan; sisters Kathy (Ted); Heather (Duane); brother Brian (Laurie); sister-in-law Brenda (Bob); and sister-in-law Norma. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Linda was a dedicated worker at University of Manitoba, Eaton’s, and Canada Life for over 50 years combined, retiring in 2022.

She enjoyed attending the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, independently completing projects around her home, and had a lifelong love of reading.

Linda deeply missed her beloved husband Vernon. She treasured the company of her precious dog Daisy.

Linda was a genuine and caring person, who was very kind and giving. She loved to sit and talk at family get togethers, and took special joy in gifting treats and books to the young nieces and nephews. In her later years, she especially enjoyed spending time with her sisters and their families. She had a strong sense of humour and her presence will be greatly missed.

Cremation has taken place. As per Linda’s wishes, no funeral will be held.
