DAISY IMELDA ROSALES

In loving memory of Daisy Imelda Rosales, who passed away in the early hours of April 28, 2022 at the age of 63.

Born in El Salvador in 1958, she later moved away to Canada after forming a family of her own to pursue newer opportunities, settling down in a place they would all eventually call home.

She enjoyed the simple things life had to offer and found passion in tending to her garden, excited for the next flower that would bloom, doing her best to ensure that each plant would spread its roots and prosper. She had a big love for animals, as well, especially birds and dogs – caring for the ones she had as pets and fostering or feeding those she knew she couldn’t keep by her side.

She was supportive and loyal, cherishing the strong bonds formed over the years with family members and her closest friends, but also strong-willed and sensible, ready to share advice and words of wisdom if it was asked of her. She liked to keep to herself but would always appreciate every special memory made with those she held near and dear.

She was a strong woman of faith, a homemaker, and the pillar of the household. She raised her children with discipline and humility, passing down lessons and stories that, in part, helped shape her as the responsible and respectable person she had become.

Daisy is survived by her husband, Luis; her two daughters, Jennifer (Marco) and Daisy; her grandson, Benjamin; her sister, Araceli and her mother, Isabel.

She was one of a kind and will be missed greatly by many. Even though she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit will live on and she will always have a place in our thoughts, hearts and prayers.
