February 11, 1937 – February 2, 2026
Peacefully, on February 2, with his family by his side, Achille (Archie) Scerbo passed away at the age of 88.
He was predeceased by his parents, Rosina and Luigi; his brother Amadeo; his sisters, Lina, Luigina and Giuseppina; his daughter Rosella.
Archie leaves to mourn his daughters, Carla (Kirby), Abby (Neal ), and Dina; his grandchildren, Marina (Jordan), Dylan, and Sophia; and his loving partner, Raffaella, along with her children and grandchildren.
Born on February 11, 1937, in Amato, Italy, Archie later moved to Canada, where he built a long and beautiful life. A devoted father of four daughters and a passionate professional, Archie enjoyed a successful career in hairdressing. He taught the craft and eventually owned several salons, earning great respect and forming many lasting relationships along the way. His passion for his work was evident, and he did not retire until the age of 84.
Archie made many friends throughout his life, especially during his years with the Shriners. He loved participating in parades and proudly showcasing his vintage car. He also had a deep love for gardening—you could always find him tending to his tomatoes at the cottage with pride.
Our dad will be truly missed. His knowledge, advice, kindness, and love will always be treasured, and his memories will last a lifetime. He is now at peace and dancing again with his beautiful daughter, Rosella.
As per Dad’s wishes, a funeral will not be held. Please say a prayer in his name instead. Thank you.

Dear Scerbo family. My sincere sympathy in the passing of your Dad and Nonno. Archie had been my hairdresser since the early 2000's, and I was so sad when he retired. He was the best! To this day I have not had anyone cut my hair the way he did. A consummate professional. May he rest peacefully!
