MARGARET SCULL

(née VAN WYK)

November 14, 1962 – October 27, 2022

Peacefully on Thursday October 27, 2022, Margaret Scull (59 years old) was called home. Her cousin Shirley Froese was by her side as she had been for several months.

 

Margaret is survived by her husband, Douglas Scull, her brother Jim Van Wyk (Linda), her nephew Joseph, niece Karen and her son Phillip Niemann (Randi) and her grandchildren.

 

Margaret was predeceased by her father Eltjo Van Wyk, her mother Margaret Van Wyk (nee: Koop), her sister Katherine Van Wyk, and her partner Michelle Niemann.

 

Margaret enjoyed helping and caring for others. Most of her working life consisted of working with young children in Day Care Centers.

 

Cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of her life will take place on November 14, 2022 at 7:00 pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 809 Setter St.

 

The family of Margaret Scull would like to express their thanks to the staff of the Misericordia Health Centre, Transitional Unit, for the kind and caring support they provided for Margaret and the entire family.

 

In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to Misericordia Health Centre, or Manitoba Cancer Society, or to a charity of your choice.

Awee so sorry to hear about the loss of the beloved grandmother to my niece n nephews. Margaret was a wonderful woman, very kind and warm hearted xo she was a strong willed and generous woman and will be missed by our children as well. Prayers & Condolences to the family 💐
