PETER SEHN

September 10, 1936 - November 15, 2022

It is with great sadness that the family of Peter Sehn announce his passing on November 15,2022 at the age of 86.

Peter will be greatly missed by his wife Isolde; children, Ursula (Tim), Peter (Debbie), and Harold (Diane); grandchildren, Victoria (Michael), Jennifer (Guillaume), and Samantha (Scott); and great grandchildren, Landyn, Jack, and Hunter.

Born in Romania, Peter grew up in Germany. In 1957, he left to settle in Winnipeg, followed by his soon to be bride, Isolde. Together they built a life and raised a family. His love for his wife and family was always the most important thing. You could always be guaranteed to find him making a face at you when you looked his way. Peter was a hard-working mason who prided himself on a job more than well done.

We would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Victoria Hospital who take care of him. There will be no service but we ask you to take time to remember him.

Dear Isolde and family, My deepest condolences on the passing of your husband Peter. I remember you and Peter living at my family’s home for a short while when you both came from Germany to start a new life in Winnipeg. My name is Ursula (Stockmann), I am the last one left...all my brothers, mom and dad have passed away. My husband and I were looking through some old photos recently and found your wedding photo and the dinner party at the house at 606 Mountain Ave....brought back memories...you were a wonderful couple.
