July 13, 1924 - December 23, 2020

With sadness, we announce that Stephanie Shuper passed away on December 23, 2020 at Oakview Place Care Home, Winnipeg at the age of 96.

​

Strephanie is survived by her niece Valerie (Neil) Hollingsworth of Vancouver, BC. Stephanie was predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Pauline Shuper and her brothers, Paul, Joseph (Anne) Shuper, and Bernard (Edith) Shuper.

 

Cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. Stephanie’s family kindly requests that all of her friends and relatives take a few minutes to honour her memory by sharing photos, memories, and stories, using the comment section on this page.

I met Stephanie way back in the early 70s while working at the army base.  She was a generous and helpful person, kind to me,  and with a fine sense of humor, too.

I remember having great diners at Steffies at her apartment on Portage with Lorraine and Melba.  Playing runs and sets cards til the wee hours.
