JOSEPH TERNOPOLSKI

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our husband, Dad, and grandfather at St. Boniface Hospital, with his family by his side. He was a few weeks away from 77 years old. Joe was the only son of the late Mary and Antony Ternopolski.

Yoyo is lovingly cherished and remembered by Barbara his wife of 58 years; his daughters Darcie Champagne (Warren) and Veronica “Roni” Ternopolski (Brad Klassen); and granddaughter Karlie Champagne.

Joe fought and lived with health problems for the last 16 years. Always seeking fun, laughs and freedom. Free to fly now Yoyo. I am sure he is laughing and playing somewhere in the Universe right now. He was full of love and pride in “his girls”.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place with no formal service to be held. A private family gathering will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, please remember him by donating to The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
