BERNICE (BUNNY) VANDERELST

December 15, 1933 – October 26, 2025

Peacefully, mom passed away on October 26, 2025 at the age of 91 years.

Mom was predeceased by her husband Louis (Lou) in April of this year. After 75 years of marriage, mom’s final wish was to meet up with Dad again.

Mom is survived by daughter Peggy and son Tom; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Our family extends gratitude to the wonderful staff at Action Marguerite, St. Boniface 3ABC for the care and compassion extended to our mom.

As per her wishes, cremation has taken place and other than a private family interment at a later date, no services will be held.

Bunny, I know your family misses you already! I do to.. With the curling and lawn bowling, there was always lots to do when Bunny was around..The shopping trips and above all always lots of laughs,! Along the way Bunny always had a joke or 2 to tell people. Lots of fun! She will be missed by many! RIP BUNNY
