i loved visiting Aunt Mary. She was always upbeat with lots of energy, and spoiled us with her homemade oatmeal raisin cookies. She took care of my Dad many, many years ago when he had a serious accident. Later on, whenever my Dad was in town from YK, he would stay at her place. When we were younger, Cheryl and I would stay overnight, or drive out to visit when we grew older. I also used to admire Janice's wall of baton trophies in the basement, and tried to master a few twirls and tosses in the air. Aunt Mary had the best sense of humour and we loved to make her laugh. I have so many fond memories spending time with her and my cousins. The last of the 14 Hiebert siblings. Sending love to the family. Carrie xoxo
