Born and raised in Fort William, ON, Bob and his family moved to Winnipeg for his career as a millwright with CP Rail in 1972. He worked at the Weston Shop for 30 years.

The Pierre family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated doctors, nurses, and staff at St. Boniface Hospital.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 13, from 12:00PM to 2:00PM at St. Norbert Arts Centre.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request donations to Parkinson Canada in honour of Bob's memory.

"Those we love don't go away,

they walk beside us every day.
Unseen, unheard, but always near;

still loved, still missed, and very dear."
