Arthur (Art) Hawkins, age 83, passed away in his sleep on Saturday November 25th at Victoria General Hospital.
Born on March 4, 1940 in Winnipeg he was the son of Osborne (Ozzie) and Margaret Hawkins. He grew up with 4 siblings, Allan, Terry, Linda, and Tom (deceased) in St. Vital. He attended Glenlawn Collegiate and went on to become an accountant joining his father’s firm and eventually working on his own before retiring.....
