It is with heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Dave Penner on Tuesday July 25th, 2023, at the age of 56. Born in Winnipeg on September 10th, 1966, Dave was a true Manitoban at heart.
Dave enjoyed and was passionate about hockey of all levels, from closely following the Winnipeg Jets to coaching youth hockey and volunteering at Roblin Park Community Centre throughout the hockey season....
