Kathy attended high school at Miles Macdonell College and graduated in 1978. She went on to continue her education at Red River Community College receiving her Business Administrative Diploma in 1983. She also went on to study Administrative Studies in University of Winnipeg receiving her Bachelor of Arts in 1985....
