Marcel Devigne Obituary
Marcel Arthur Joseph Devigne passed on January 27, 2022 after a short battle with cancer that robbed him of planned summers with grandchildren and time in his workshop. His final days were spent surrounded by family at his home in Ste. Rita, Manitoba.
Marcel was born August 18, 1961, in Altona, Manitoba, to Arthur and Fernande Devigne of St. Joseph, Manitoba, the third of 5 children.
