RITA ROSS
July 18, 1956 - July 10, 2022
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Rita, just 8 days before her 66th Birthday.
Rita Jean Ross (Germain) was born July 18, 1956 in the municipality of Shellmouth, Manitoba.
She grew up with 6 siblings: William, Florence, Betty, Bernice, Judy and Lori. She was pre-deceased by her father George Germain Mother Mary Schrader & brother Bill as well as (Gord’s Mom) Sydney Ross.
Rita leaves to mourn; her husband Gord, son Kyle, Step-Father Harold, Siblings, Cousins, Nieces & Nephews & many friends.
Rita loved to spend time with her family & friends, she had a contagious laugh and a smile that could light up a room. She took a career in respite care where she found a love for helping others. Rita had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone.
In her spare time, Rita enjoyed gardening, hand-crafting jewellery, making beautiful diamond art, scrapbooking & many other artistic projects.
Rita also had an immense love for animals, she owned many cats and dogs and had a warm energy that attracted many animals to her. You could guarantee if there was a cat or dog around, it would end up in her lap.
None of us could prepare for such a devastating loss, but we all know Rita is smiling down on us & is at peace, at home with our Heavenly Father. We love you Rita, you may be gone, but you will never be forgotten.
