ASHTON DEAN VAN DUSEN

February 22, 1995 - December 23, 2023

It is with heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Ashton Dean Van Dusen on December 23, 2023.

Ashton leaves to mourn his loving parents, Jim Van Dusen (Lora Van Loewen) and Michelle Stanson (Jim Stanson).

Ashton's early years were marked by the warmth and support of his blended family creating a foundation of love and solidarity.

Ashton was a cherished sibling, survived by his sister Tawnya Young, (Luke) Nena Van Dusen, Nicole Stanson (Patrick), Jon Stanson, and Ashton’s twin brother Julian Van Dusen.

His passing is mourned not only by his immediate family but by grandparents Lloyd and Cathie Van Dusen, Marie Hughes, Karl and Linda Loewen, plus many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and so many more who were touched by his presence.

Ashton's journey through life was marked by compassion, kindness, and generosity. He touched the hearts of those around him with his infectious laugh and genuine spirit.

Ashton's departure is a profound loss, and his absence will be keenly felt.

A celebration of Ashton's life will be held in Spring 2024. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the charity of your choice in Ashton's name.
