It is with profound sadness that we announce that Jason has passed away on January 2, 2022 at the age of 36.
Jason is survived by his parents, Louise and Frank Ullenboom, and Gary and Tammy King; siblings, Steve King, Rob Maddaford, Jenna Ullenboom, Jessica (Shawn) McIntyre, Tawnya (Jason) Cormier, and Amanda Maddaford. Jason also leaves behind many aunts and uncles, grandparents, and a large group of friends who will all miss him dearly.
