It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Kathy on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at the Grace Hospital. Kathy was born in London, England as Kathleen Shiells on August 31, 1945. As an infant Kathy was sent to live with her Nanna and Deddy, Elizabeth and George Shiells, in Linlithgow, Scotland which would explain her thick Scottish accent. During her youth in Linlithgow, Kathy formed strong bonds with cousins, aunts and uncles.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Laurie Lynn MacDonald who died on April 14, 2024 following a lengthy battle with cancer. She was 55 years of age.
She was predeceased by her father John (1993), sister-in-law Shelagh (2012) and mother-in-law Moira (2023).
Robert Rhynard
Robert was born in Winnipeg but spent his early years living in Ferndale, MB with his family, Elmer (father), Dorothy (mother) and big sister Gail. Moving into the city in the early 60's, Robert worked in construction until he grew tired of climbing on (and occasionally falling off) roofs in the winter and took a job with Barber-Ellis Papers, eventually Unisource, with whom he would be employed until his retirement in 2009.

As a young adult, he developed a passion for music and built an enviable record collection. He also became interested in fashion and developed a strong sartorial sense that remained throughout his life.
